7 Day Wellness Guarantee
We're confident you'll love Wello Works! However if, for any reason you need to cancel your membership, we offer a 7 day wellness guarantee.
If you cancel your Membership within the 7 day Wellness Guarantee period by giving us notice in writing, we will provide you with a refund of the amount you have paid, less the cost of any days and/or services you used prior to cancelling the agreement.

What is the Guest Policy?
As a coworking member, there will be various days and events where you can bring a guest for free. However, in order to keep Wello Works a productive environment for all, we ask that any guest purchase a day pass. Check for guest pass discounts too!
Is this a month-to-month membership?
Lounge and Desk Memberships are month-to-month, and our Office Studio memberships have a 3-month minimum.
When does my membership start if it's the middle of the month?
It can start right away, and that same day will be when you're billed in future months. If you need to start on a certain day, you can still go ahead and purchase and then contact us at info@welloworks.com so we can adjust your start date.
Do my Premium wellness sessions or Meeting Room hours roll over?
At this time, any included sessions or hours with your membership do not roll over, so be sure to use them!
What are the cancellation terms?
We're not the best with goodbyes, but should you need to cancel your membership, you must give a 30 day notice submitted in writing to info@welloworks.com.
