What is the Guest Policy?
As a Desk member, there will be various days and events where you can bring a guest for free into our Lounge. However, in order to keep Wello Works a productive environment for all, we ask that any guest purchase a day pass.
Is this a month-to-month membership?
The desk membership offers month-to-month terms, as well as discounts if you sign on for 12 month terms.
When does my membership start if it's the middle of the month?
You can start whenever you'd like! We're able to start your membership and billing on the date you choose.
Do my Premium wellness sessions roll over?
At this time, any included sessions with your membership do not roll over, so be sure to use them!
What are the cancellation terms?
We're not the best with goodbyes, but should you need to cancel your membership, you must give a 30 day notice submitted in writing to info@welloworks.com.
