Space For Up to 120 Guests

Our lounge area can accommodate up to 120 guests for standing-room events. For seated gatherings, we offer multiple setup styles to best suit your event needs.

We also have fully furnished meeting rooms that can hold up to 18 people—a perfect addition for breakout sessions or intimate gatherings.

What is included in my rental?

Rentals include:
- Onsite staff member
- Use of the main kitchen with fridge and freezer for food storage, barista-quality coffee machine and sparkling water machine.
- All furniture in the lounge
- Use of wellness services including massage chairs, meditation pods, and more

It it your choice to bring in:
- Speaker for music
- Food/beverages
- Decorations
- Party favors
- Signs
- Bartender/waiters
- Additional tables and chairs
- Table cloths
- Serving trays, displays, disposables, and utensils

Can I bring in outside food and drink?

Yes! Outside food and drink is welcome. from potluck style to outside catering, we encourage you to bring what you'd like. We just ask that there be no red wine due to light colored furniture. 

Can I serve alcohol?

From bringing in a cooler of beer, to hiring a bartender, you are welcome to serve alcohol in our space responsibly. Please note that we do have a no red wine policy. 

What size group can I have?

Our Lounge area can accommodate up to 120 people, and we have additional spaces such as private meeting rooms that can hold up to 18.

What is the cleanup policy?

There is a $100 flat clean up fee, regardless of group size.

Our policy for end of event clean up is with the help of our onsite staff, we ask that you leave our space the way you found it. All trash will be taken care of by our onsite staff.

Cleaning supplies will be provided onsite at the event space. 

How do I secure the space?

All bookings are made through one of our team members. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remainder due 7 days before the event.

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the event receive a 75% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Are there any hidden fees?

We prioritize simplicity and transparency in our pricing! Event bookings are based on your reserved hours, plus a one-time $100 staff fee and one-time $100 cleaning fee. This rate includes all amenities listed above.

Please note, Wello Works provides the venue only. Hosts are responsible for coordinating any catering, table or chair rentals, and additional services. While we don’t offer event coordination, we’re happy to recommend trusted partners.
