What is the Guest Policy?
As an Office Studio member, you have the ability to bring in clients to your Studio as needed.
Is this a month-to-month membership?
The Office Studios have a minimum 3-month term. We offer a 10% discount for 12-month terms.
When does my membership start if it's the middle of the month?
You can start whenever you'd like! We're able to start your membership and billing on the date you choose.
Do my Premium wellness sessions roll over?
At this time, any included sessions with your membership do not roll over, so be sure to use them!
What are the cancellation terms?
We're not the best with goodbyes, but should you need to cancel your membership, you must give a 30 day notice submitted in writing to info@welloworks.com.
