Meeting Room FAQ
Do I have to be a member of Wello Works to reserve a meeting room?
You do not need to be a member with us to reserve a meeting room. However, there are perks to being a Wello Works member! You can book our meeting rooms by the hour instead of the half or full day, and you also get a discounted rate (either 25% or 50%) depending on the level of membership. What is the cost to rent a meeting room?
The cost to reserve a meeting room depends on the length of the booking and the room itself. Full pricing can be seen on the individual meeting room pages. If you'd like to rent out a room for multiple days, please contact us for special pricing.
Will there be someone on site to show me and/or my guests where to go?
Absolutely! Wello Works staff will greet you and your attendees upon arrival, show you to your room, explain the amenities included in your booking, and are available to assist you throughout your reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 3 business day cancellation notice for a full refund.
Do meeting rooms come with screens and telecommunications technology?
Yes! Both of our meeting rooms include 65" screens, screensharing capabilities and video conferencing technology.
How can I book a meeting room?
You can either reserve a time online, or you can email or call us and we are happy to help!

Are meeting room bookings available outside regular business hours?
No, at this time meeting room bookings are only available during staffed business hours.
Is catering available for meeting room bookings?
Wello Works doesn't operate a catering service, but our staff is knowledgeable about locations that either deliver or are compatible with UberEats/DoorDash. Our staff will notify you when your food arrives.
We also have fabulous restaurants in the same shopping center as us that we love to recommend!
