WELLO WORKS HOUSE RULES
At Wello Works, our goal is to create a thriving, supportive environment. As a member or pack-holder, we ask that you read and abide by these house rules and guidelines to help us in creating an environment where everyone can thrive. The staff is available to assist with questions, comments and concerns.
HOURS & HOLIDAYS
Staffed hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
We are closed for the following holidays: Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Wednesday - Friday of Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
24/7 Coworking Members may enter anytime via the coworking door using the Wello Works app. Please note: Wellness memberships, wellness packs, On Demand coworking, and Meeting Room bookings are only available during staffed hours.
GUEST POLICY
Guests are welcome! Members can bring guests for 50% off the current day pass rate, and Office Studio Members with the "Client" add-on may bring in clients without extra fees. All guests must register at the front desk or through the Guest Portal and be accompanied by the member during their visit.
After staffed hours, for liability reasons, guests are not permitted in the space. Security cameras monitor the space after hours, and violations may result in loss of 24/7 access.
24/7 ACCESS
24/7 Members can enter using the coworking door via the Wello Works app. Ensure the door fully closes behind you for security. Adjust overhead lighting as needed; lamps are on timers and will adjust automatically.
The coffee machine is available only during staffed hours, as it requires daily cleaning. Additionally, premium wellness equipment is unavailable after hours, though the “Hello Wello” room and Zen Studios remain accessible.
24/7 access supports flexible work hours—not extended stays or overnight use. Please use this benefit for early starts, late finishes, or weekend work only, helping maintain a balanced work-life environment.
COFFEE & BEVERAGES
Enjoy unlimited coffee, sparkling water, and tea. The coffee machine in the main kitchen shuts down daily at 6 PM and on weekends. Keurig coffee is available in the coworking kitchen. Please alert staff if supplies run low.
FOOD
Members may store food in the fridge, use the microwave, and enjoy snacks. Please label any food stored, respect others’ items, and keep shared spaces tidy. Items left in the fridge will be cleared each Friday. If you are an Office Studio member and eat a meal/snack in your office, please be sure to throw it away in a common area trash can to help reduce the risk of bugs.
EVENTS
We host member-only events throughout the year, and members are always invited! You'll receive advance notice about these gatherings.
On event days, Lounge prep happens before 6 PM, which may cause extra noise. If needed, you’re welcome to move to an open desk or meeting room.
Wello Works also hosts external events on evenings and weekends, during which the Lounge and wellness amenities will be unavailable.

PUNCTUALITY FOR BOOKINGS
Arrive 5-10 minutes early for wellness bookings to enjoy your full session. If you’re over 10 minutes late, the session may be canceled with charges applied. For coworking reservations, please stick to scheduled times to ensure smooth transitions.
MEETINGS, PHONE USE & EXTERNAL MONITORS
To help maintain a quiet atmosphere in our Wello Lounge, we encourage members to take phone calls and hold meetings (both virtual and in-person) in our private phone booths or booked meeting rooms. If calls must be taken in a shared space, please keep voices low to minimize disruption (speakerphone is not permitted). Phone use is also restricted in The Collective and Hello Wello Room.
If you're meeting with a guest, we ask that voices be kept to a minimum. For an ideal setting, consider booking a meeting room or using one of our outdoor seating areas.
External or second monitors are not permitted in the Wello Lounge (except for the small, portable kind). If you need the space for a second monitor please consider upgrading to a dedicated desk or private office studio.
PHONE BOOTHS
Phone booths are bookable via the Wello Works app and are located in both the lounge and coworking areas.
ADD-ONS
Members and pack-holders receive discounts on wellness bookings, day passes, meeting room reservations, and more. Check your Wello Works app or speak with a team member.
FAMILY MEMBERS & CHILDREN
Family members may visit with a guest or day pass. Due to liability reasons, children under 16 are not permitted.
WEAPONS
Firearms and other weapons are strictly prohibited.
PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals are permitted, but emotional support animals are not allowed.
CLEANLINESS
Please help keep the space clean. Use trash receptacles, rinse non-disposable dishes, and place them in the dishwasher.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
For security, please avoid bringing valuables. Desks and office studios have lockable drawers, but storage is at your own risk.
WALLS & FIXTURES
Office Studio Members may not hang items or paint without prior approval. We also do not allow for signage on the exterior of your office in order to maintain a cohesive look. Damage may incur charges.
SPACE & BOUNDARIES
Respect shared spaces and maintain a positive environment for everyone at Wello Works.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
Earn $50 off dues if your referral joins with any membership, or $25 if they purchase a coworking or wellness pack.
