About Lynn

With two decades of experience in commercial property and asset management, Lynn has overseen a wide array of real estate activities, including ground-up development, commissioning, acquisitions, dispositions, asset repositioning, and adaptive reuse conversions throughout the southeastern region. Throughout her career, she has acquired firsthand knowledge in various real estate sectors, such as commercial office, retail, mixed-use, multi-family, medical office, data centers, and industrial properties.

Lynn's teams are known for delivering purpose-driven management practices, innovative leasing strategies, sustainability initiatives, process enhancements, and place-making efforts to optimize value and embrace the community at large.

What's a fun fact about you that most people don't know?
"I performed the wedding ceremony for my best friend's wedding and often am found spinning my pencil in meetings."

What brought you to Wello Works?
"I came to Wello Works because working exclusively out of my home was uninspiring and not overly productive. The environment and wellness offerings at WW are unmatched in the co-working space. The warmth and hospitality shown by the Wello Works team is what makes me feel like this is more than co-working space, this is my office and these are my people."

What's your favorite way to take a break or recharge?
Red Light Therapy and the O2 chair! Or just cruising up to the front desk to distract Nicole:)
