What is the Guest Policy?
As an Office Studio member, you can have guests visit up to an hour in your Studio. If the meeting goes beyond that, we ask that you either book a meeting room or pay the $10 guest fee.
Is this a month-to-month membership?
The Office Studios have a minimum term of 3-months. But because we'd love to see you stick around longer than that, if you sign on for a 12-month term, we offer one month FREE.
When does my membership start if it's the middle of the month?
You can start whenever you'd like! We're able to start your membership and billing on the date you choose.
Do my Premium wellness sessions roll over?
At this time, any included sessions with your membership do not roll over, so be sure to use them!
What are the cancellation terms?
We're not the best with goodbyes, but should you need to cancel your membership after your agreement term is up, you must give a 30 day notice submitted in writing to info@welloworks.com.
