What is the Guest Policy?
As a Lounge Coworking member, there will be various days and events where you can bring a guest for free. However, in order to keep our Lounge a productive environment for all members we ask that any guest purchase a day pass.
What are the membership cancellation terms?
Wello Works' flexible Lounge membership is month-to-month. We're not the best with goodbyes, but should you need to cancel your membership, you must give a 30 day notice submitted in writing to info@welloworks.com.
When does my membership start if it's the middle of the month?
You can start whenever you'd like! We're able start your membership and billing on the date you choose.
Do my Premium wellness sessions roll over?
At this time, they do not roll over so be sure to use them!
If I start out with a pack of passes, can I upgrade to a membership mid-pack?
Of course! Just let a team member know and we can apply the remaining prorated amount of your pack to your first month's membership dues.
