Your session starts with Red Light Therapy, where gentle waves of red and near-infrared light penetrate your skin to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote cellular renewal. From there, step into the Infrared Sauna, where the soothing heat continues the restorative process, relaxing your muscles and detoxifying your body. Finally, complete your journey in the Somadome, a guided meditation pod that combines light, sound, and mindfulness to harmonize your body and mind.

- Session will last up to an hour. 
- Towels will be provided for your sauna session
- After your session, you have access to our Hello Wello room with first-come-first-serve recovery massage chairs and breathing+meditation chairs, as well as our digital zen studios.
